Financial Performance Management

The Finance Director plays a special role as “integrator” of the enterprise’s performance so as to translate it into a financial vision. He defines, and deploys throughout the organization, a steering model reflecting the enterprise’s activity and issues.

  • Structure the performance management model : Sales & Backlog, margin by activity / by market / by product, productivity and variance, operating costs and costs of support functions, cash, investments, risks, projects…
  • Align the steering of the group with the measurement of Business performance
  • Develop the organization and governance : centralized or decentralized structure, roles and responsibility of the group, management zone…
